This two-day learner-centric workshop includes hands-on activities, fun games, video clips, collaborative discussion tools, and half-day site visits. The programme starts on the premise that all participants come in with a wealth of experience that they can share with each other. The learning environment will be fun and unthreatening even for seemingly boring topics such as current and emerging technologies, how these impact the world, organisations and individuals in terms of uses, and cyber risks.
Participants bring their personal experience to bear on their reflections on real-world future changes and, in this reflection and sharing, develop a mindset shift to anticipate changes in a digitised workplace.

The takeaways from this workshop are the enriched experience and shared learning journeys presented in a Gallery Walk to help participants reflect and decide on their future Personal Development Plans. This course is suitable for working adults with minimum ‘O’ level qualification.
