How will the SkillsFuture Employer Awards recognise employers?

Employers play a crucial role in workforce development in terms of supporting skills development and developing career development pathways for their employees. The SkillsFuture Employer Awards recognise exemplary employers who have made significant efforts in investing in their employees’ skills development as well as in supporting SkillsFuture efforts.

Questions on Eligibility Criteria

Can an organisation receive the SkillsFuture Employer Award more than once?

No. This will allow other organisations the opportunity to benefit from this award.

Can a main company and its subsidiaries apply for the SkillsFuture Employer Award?

Yes, all Singapore-registered business entities are welcomed to apply. Nominations from a main company and its subsidiaries will be evaluated based on their own merits.

Does the organisation need to subsidise employees' training in order to be eligible for the SkillsFuture Employer Award?

Applications will be evaluated holistically based on the eligibility criteria provided on the SkillsFuture Employer Award website.
