What Is it?
The Training and Adult Education Sector Transformation Plan (TAESTP) identifies key focal areas and recommendations for the TAE sector. It articulates the way forward as the TAE sector embarks on delivering Continuing Education and Training (CET), tapping on the opportunities created by SkillsFuture. The plan was developed by the TAE Skills Council, in consultation with the wider TAE community. It is vital that the TAE sector continues to transform and support key changes that SkillsFuture will effect in skills mastery and lifelong learning.
Who Is It For?
TAE Providers (e.g. WSQ Approved Training Providers, Private Education Institutions, Post-Secondary Education Institutes, Institutes of Higher Learning, Business Training Consultancy Organisations, Public Sector Training Institutions, Associations and Professional Bodies’ Training Arms/Functions)
TAE Professionals (e.g. Adult Educators, Training Management Managers)
How does it work?
The TAESTP identifies key focal areas and recommendations for the TAE sector to tap on opportunities created by SkillsFuture, to help Singaporeans embark on continuing education and training, in their continual quest for skills mastery and lifelong learning.
